Dr. Ken Render
The Preacher Man
Pastor Ken (PK) has been the lead pastor here at Lakeside for over 30 years. He has been married to Laura for over 35 years. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. Pastor Ken and Laura live in downtown Mount Clemens. Ken graduated from Georgetown College in Kentucky and played football on scholarship for them. (Laura was a cheerleader at Georgetown). He Graduated with his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Pastor Ken has a practical teaching style that helps apply God’s word to our everyday life.
Dr. Jerry Wyrick
The Worship Guy
Jerry Wyrick has a Ph.D. in Music Composition from Michigan State University. He has been active in worship ministry since he was in high school. He also serves as the President of Worship Arts Conservatory. Jerry is married to Julie Wyrick, who also serves in the worship ministry, and they have two adult children, Christina and Daniel.
Kaitlyn Ashbaugh
The Children's Gal
Kaitlyn has attended Lakeside since she was in elementary school. She a full time special education teacher in the Roseville School District. She received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and her masters degree from Oakland University. Kaitlyn has served in Lakeside's Children’s Ministry for a number of years, she started volunteering as a middle school student. As the Children's Leader she loves making connections with kids and their families. In her free time she enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

Stacy Marsiglio
Preschool Director
Stacy has been a State Certified Preschool Director for over 15 years. She has also worked with the Macomb Intermediate School District with special needs children for nearly a decade. She received her Early Childhood Certification and Preschool Administration Certification from Macomb Community College. She is active in the Children’s Ministry here at Lakeside. Michele has been married to Matt for over 25 years and they have three adult child.
